WYOMING MORTGAGE
Miranda M. Mortgagor, mortgagor, of 1234 56th Avenue Northeast,
City of Fogartyville, County of Lollapalooza, State of Wyoming,
to secure the payment of 123,456.78 ( one hundred twenty three
thousand four hundred fifty six & 78/100 Dollars) due September
21, 2024, with interest at 11.1% per annum, payable as 360
monthly installments of $950.00 each evidenced by a promissory
note of even date herewith, hereby mortgages the following
described real estate, situated in Lollapalooza County, in the
State of Wyoming:

Mortgagor agrees to pay all taxes and assessments on the premises
and to keep the buildings thereon insured in a sum not less than
$123,456.78 ( one hundred twenty three thousand four hundred fifty
six & 78/100 dollars) during the life of this mortgage, payable to
mortgagee; and in case mortgagor does not, mortgagee may insure
the buildings and pay the taxes and assessments, and all sums so
paid shall be added to and considered as a part of the above
indebtedness herein secured shall become due and payable, and
mortgagee may proceed, pursuant to law, to foreclosure, mortgagor
hereby agrees to pay all costs of the same, including attorneys'
fee of $2 ( two & no/100 dollars).
