  4. Miranda M. Mortgagor, mortgagor, of 1234 56th Avenue Northeast,
  5. City of Fogartyville, County of Lollapalooza, State of  Wyoming,
  6. to secure the payment of 123,456.78 ( one hundred twenty three
  7. thousand four hundred fifty six & 78/100 Dollars) due September
  8. 21, 2024, with  interest at 11.1% per annum, payable as 360
  9. monthly installments of $950.00 each evidenced by a  promissory
  10. note of even date herewith, hereby mortgages the  following
  11. described real estate, situated in Lollapalooza County, in the 
  12. State of Wyoming:

  16. Mortgagor agrees to pay all taxes and assessments on the premises 
  17. and to keep the buildings thereon insured in a sum not less than 
  18. $123,456.78 ( one hundred twenty three thousand four hundred fifty
  19. six & 78/100 dollars) during the life of this mortgage, payable to
  20.  mortgagee; and in case mortgagor does not, mortgagee may insure 
  21. the buildings and pay the taxes and assessments, and all sums so 
  22. paid shall be added to and considered as a part of the above 
  23. indebtedness herein secured shall become due and payable, and 
  24. mortgagee may proceed, pursuant to law, to foreclosure, mortgagor 
  25. hereby agrees to pay all costs of the same, including attorneys' 
  26. fee of $2 ( two & no/100 dollars).
